What’s the difference between the room options?
The Hazel Room (£389) is a comfortable resort room without a lake view. The Lime Lake View Room (£489) is, individually styled, with views over Windermere. Everything else in the package is the same.

Which nights can I use this voucher?
Sunday to Friday.

What time is the Twilight Thermal Journey?
It’s a two-hour evening session in the indoor and outdoor thermal facilities and can be booked from 4pm to 5pm, timed so you can watch the sun go down over Windermere.

Is the Twilight Thermal Journey on the day I arrive?
Yes, it is bookable on the day of arrival.

When is the Wood-Fired Afternoon Tea served?
Wood-Fired Afternoon Tea is served in Blue Smoke daily from 12pm to 4.30pm, and pre-booking a time is essential. It can be taken on the day of arrival or the day of departure.

Is there a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free afternoon tea?
Yes. Blue Smoke serves vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free versions of Wood-Fired Afternoon Tea. Let us know when you book.

What time can we check in?
Check-in is from 3pm on the day you arrive. Early check in options are available on request, at an additional fee. Subject to availability.

What time is checkout?
Check out for Resort Rooms is 11am. Late check out options are available on request, at an additional fee. Subject to availability.

What do we need to bring to The Spa?
Just swimwear and flip-flops. Robes, towels and a face mask are provided, but flip-flops aren’t, so please bring your own.

Is there an age limit for the spa?
Yes. The Spa at Low Wood Bay is for guests aged 16 and over.

Can we bring our dog?
Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa is dog-friendly, but dogs aren’t allowed in Blue Smoke, apart from guide dogs. No pets are allowed in our Winander Club rooms. You are welcome to bring your dog along with you at an additional £30 per dog, per night up to 2 dogs in Resort Bedrooms only.

Can we add an extra night?
Extra nights can be added on request by contacting the Reservations Team on 0333 2203 121.

How do I book?
Call 0333 2203 121 quoting your voucher number. Booking in advance is essential, and please bring your voucher with you.

Can I upgrade further?
Yes. For a Winander Club room with access to private lounges and a rooftop terrace, choose the Winander Club version of this voucher, from £479.

This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All Gift Vouchers must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued.
